your order has been received, processed or shipped). Credit card information is
used to bill you for products or services you have ordered and to track sales.

to contact you and cannot reach you by e-mail. We save the information about

and the most up-to-date information about your order.
eBook Directory. When you submit information for
inclusion in Mind Like Water's ebook directory at mind-like-water.com, we will
ask for PII, some of which is optional and some of which is required. We use
this information to keep our directory up to date and to provide Users with the
latest news regarding the directory.
Newsletters. When you subscribe to one of our
newsletters, we will ask for your name and e-mail address. This PII will be
added to the subscriber lists we maintain for our newsletters.
Contests. When you enter a contest or other
promotional feature, we will ask for your name and e-mail address so we can
administer the contest and notify winners.
CHILDRENS' GUIDELINES
Mind Like Water does not knowingly collect any PII from children under
13 years of age. WHENEVER A USER DISCLOSES PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE
INFORMATION ON OUR SITE, THE USER IS REPRESENTING THAT HE OR SHE IS 13 YEARS OF
AGE OR OLDER. We suggest that parents get involved with their children's
access to the Internet and our Sites to ensure that their childâs privacy is

Shopping with Mind Like Water is absolutely safe you never have to
worry about credit card safety when you are shopping at one of our Sites. We
guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent
charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them.

safe. All your ordering information including your name, address, and credit
