You will be asked to fill in some basic personal information such as phone
number, e-mail address, etc. This information is necessary in case there
is a problem with ordering and we have to contact you. Please

Next, you will select the type of credit card to use. We accept
MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Shipping is free and there
is no sales tax.

Enter your credit card number and expiration date (month/year).

Your order will be automatically processed and you will receive an
online invoice to print for your records. At the bottom of the
invoice are instructions (including your password) for downloading the
e-book and bonus gifts (one file). You will receive the same
information by e-mail. You will automatically be sent an e-mail
containing your invoice, and an e-mail containing downloading
instructions. Using the download button, you have 72 hours in which
to make three attempts to download the e-book. However, you may
use the text hyperlink to download the e-book at any time. If you

When you click on the download button, you will be asked for a a
password. Simply enter your password and open the book. The
file is in Adobe Acrobat
(pdf), so any
computer (Mac, Windows, Unix) can read the file using the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader. Most computers already have the free Adobe Acrobat
Reader installed, but if you don't have the Acrobat Reader, you can download it for
free by using the following link:
