Library Initiative is temporarily closed to new participants.

You must meet the following minimum
requirement to participate:
1. You must be the author or
publisher of the ebook.
2. Your ebook must be in PDF
format (capable of being read on a Windows-based computer). If you need
help converting your book to PDF format, see below for options.
3. Your ebook (versus
print versions) must have an
assigned ISBN (International Standard Book Number). If you need an ISBN,
see below for options.
After completing this order
form, you will be taken to a form to provide information for your
profile page that will appear in the eBook Catalog, and metadata to be
submitted to Follett.
